All packages are provided by Sound Travel, a fully licenced provider of accommodation, travel products and services. Clayton Hotel Leeds, found on the south side of Leeds city centre, is easily accessible from the motorway and Leeds Railway Station (just an 8 minute walk away). The hotel offers 180 secure parking spaces, at a rate of £12 per night, offered on a first come, first serve basis at check-in. The Inkwell Bar is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a morning coffee, pre-event dining or post-event snacks & drinks. The Clayton Vitality breakfast will set you up for the following day & if you're short on time, pre-prepared breakfasts to takeaway are available on request.
Once you have booked your package via your ticketing agent you will be sent a booking confirmation with details of the tickets that are included. Tickets will be delivered to you by your ticketing agent by the delivery method you have chosen. Approximately 4 weeks before the event you will be contacted by Sound Travel with your hotel booking information and document to present to the hotel on check in. To make any requests such as twin room, or add extra nights, please email help@soundtravel.co.uk
