How the Package Works

Once you have booked your package via your ticketing agent you will be sent a booking confirmation with details of the tickets that are included. Tickets will be delivered to you by your ticketing agent by the delivery method you have chosen. Sound Travel will be in touch around 7-10 days post booking with your hotel booking information and document to present to the hotel on check in. To make any requests such as twin room, or add extra nights, you will be able to do this once you have your Sound Travel welcome email. Please note any queries in relation to your tickets should be directed to your ticketing agent.
