All packages are provided by Sound Travel, a fully licenced provider of accommodation, travel products and services. Sound Travel is fully committed to customer satisfaction and consumer financial protection as a Protected Trust Services member in accordance with the Package Travel Regulations of 2018.
As a reminder, since April 1st 2023 the City of Manchester have introduced a supplement charge of £1 per room per night which is charged locally at the hotel. This is implemented for the development and promotion of tourism in the city.
Once you have booked your package via your ticketing agent you will be sent a booking confirmation with details of the tickets that are included. Tickets will be delivered to you by your ticketing agent by the delivery method you have chosen. Approximately 4 weeks before the event you will be contacted by Sound Travel with your hotel booking information and document to present to the hotel on check in. To make any requests such as twin room, or add extra nights, please email help@soundtravel.co.uk
