Mercure Cardiff North Hotel is perfectly situated just 15 minutes outside Cardiff centre, making it an excellent option for guests travelling to the city. The hotel is conveniently located close to transport links to Cardiff city centre and all its attractions, including Cardiff Castle, Principality Stadium, Motorpoint Arena and Cardiff Bay. There is an onsite bar and restaurant for customers to use before or after the concert and a fitness centre for guests to use.
Once you have booked your package via your ticketing agent you will be sent a booking confirmation with details of the tickets that are included. Tickets will be delivered to you by your ticketing agent by the delivery method you have chosen. Usually within 7-10 days of booking, Sound Travel will contact you with your hotel booking information and document to present to the hotel on check in. To make any requests such as twin room, or add extra nights, please use your Sound Travel account when you have been sent your access link. Please note any queries in relation to your tickets should be directed to your ticketing agent. Bookings made over public holidays or office closures, for example Christmas break, will be issued a Sound Travel account link at the first opportunity, within 14 working days of booking.
