Once you have booked your package via Ticketmaster you will be sent a booking confirmation with details of the tickets that are included. Tickets will be delivered to you by the delivery method you have chosen. Approximately 10 days after booking, as soon as Sound Travel process your booking data, you will be contacted by Sound Travel on email admin@soundtravel.co.uk with your hotel booking information and document to present to the hotel on check in. You will be directed to set up an account with Sound Travel where you can add requests such as twin room or accessible room, you can also purchase any additional nights at exclusive rates here to ensure you keep the same room for your full duration. Sound Travel can be contacted on help@sound.travel. Please note, your chosen hotel will not have your booking information until around 14 days before check in.
